In memory of my dear friend whom I first met in South Africa during the 04/05 Test series. We shared the many ups and downs of England home and abroad, including the unforgettable Ashes win in 10/11 when he playfully scolded me in Melbourne for shedding a tear, until he finally hung up his boots. I shall greatly miss my dear friend - cricket will not be the same without him.
